I have trained over 20,000 employees across various employers, with expertise in areas such as First Aid, Fire Safety, Risk Mitigation, and Audit. My role extends to educating students aspiring to join the defense services and mentoring government employees and military personnel preparing for retirement.

With a distinguished 26.5-year military career in the Army Ordnance Corps, I held the rank of Junior Commissioned Officer and received the President Commission Certificate in November 1994. My extensive service included deployments in regions such as Jammu and Kashmir, Nagaland, Sikkim, Punjab, Rajasthan, Leh-Ladakh, and Sri Lanka. During the critical Kargil conflict, I played a crucial role in managing arms, ammunition, explosives, and missiles.
