At The Safe Talk Academy, our Vertigo Test / Height Pass Test is conducted through a systematic health and behavioral assessment to ensure candidates are medically and mentally fit for working at heights.
- Blood Pressure (BP) – To identify abnormal rise or drop under height exposure
- Pulse Rate – To monitor heart rate response during height activity
- SpO₂ (Oxygen Saturation) – To ensure adequate oxygen levels during the test
- Respiratory Rate – To observe breathing patterns under stress conditions
- These checks help identify hidden risks that may lead to dizziness, breathlessness, or loss of balance while working at height.
Behavioural & Physical Observation
- Facial Expression & Body Language
- Signs of Fear, Panic, or Anxiety
- Height Phobia Response
- Balance & Stability Control
- Ability to Follow Safety Instructions
- These observations are critical to assess real-time suitability for height-related tasks.
Height Exposure & Phobia Assessment
- Fear of Heights (Acrophobia)
- Sudden Discomfort or Dizziness
- Coordination and Movement Confidence
- Reaction to Height-Related Stress
Safety Assurance during the Assessment
- Conducted in a safe, controlled environment
- No forceful or unsafe practices
- Test stopped immediately if abnormal symptoms appear
Final Evaluation & Certification

Candidates are declared **Fit** or **Refer** for working at heights.
Vertigo Test / Height Pass Certificate is issued for candidates who successfully clear the assessment, suitable for:

Medical Certification – MBBS Doctor Signed
Vertigo / Height Pass Test Certificate is issued by a qualified MBBS Doctor.
At The Safe Talk Academy, Bangalore, candidates who successfully clear the Vertigo Test / Height Pass Test are issued a Height Fitness Certificate duly reviewed and signed by an MBBS Doctor.
